The re-plan of 16 dwellings granted under applications P/2012/0405 and P/2019/0043/FUL together with the erection of 8 additional dwellings and open space enhancements.

 

In presenting the application to Members, the Services Manager, Development and Building Control (SMDBC) screened an Ariel plan and photographs of the application site entrance, alongside an illustration of the proposal outline.

 

A local resident joined the meeting to present their objections to the application, after which the applicants agent presented their case on behalf of the applicant.

 

Grant Planning Permission Subject to the following conditions:

 

1.         The works hereby permitted must be begun within 3 years of the date of this decision notice;
