Disciplinary Appeal - CM - Environmental Protection Department

Minutes:

The Committee had been convened to consider a disciplinary appeal brought by CM, Environmental Protection Department.

 

The Principal Human Resources Officer, Head of Parks Landscapes and street Scenes, CM and their Trade Union Representative appeared before the Committee.

Both parties presented their cases and a witness was called by management. Following presentation by both sides, the parties withdrew whilst the Committee considered the matter.

 

*           Resolved that appeal be dismissed for the reasons stated in the letter dated 2 September 2014 from the Assistant Director,Environmental Care and Civic Pride.

 

Both parties were recalled to the meeting and informed of the Committee’s decision.
