Disciplinary Appeal - KC - Chief Executive's Department

Minutes:

The Committee had been convened to consider a disciplinary appeal brought by KC, Chief Executive's Department.

 

The Principal Human Resources Officer, Manager of the Service, KC and their colleague appeared before the Committee.

 

*           Resolved that the appeal be remitted back to the dismissing officer for reconsideration of the disciplinary case. 

The Committee also determined that the related appeal hearings scheduled for 22 and 23 January 2015, which arose from the same facts, should be cancelled and their cases remitted back to the dismissing officer for reconsideration.  

 

The parties were informed of the Committee's decision.
