Disciplinary Appeal - RP - Environment and Trading Standards Department

Minutes:

The Committee had been convened to consider and disciplinary appeal brought by RP, Environment and Trading Standards Department.

 

The Principal Human Resources Officer, Service Manager, the Senior Assistant Director - Trading Services and RP appeared before the Committee.

 

*           Resolved that the appeal be dismissed for the reasons set out in the detailed decision letter dated 31 October 2017 from the Senior Assistant Director, Trading Services.

 

Both parties were recalled to the meeting and informed of the Committee’s decision.
